INVERTED FLUORESCENCE MICROSCOPE
inverted fluorescence microscope atau Mikroskop fluoresensi terbalik rutin untuk brightfield yang ditransmisikan, kontras fase dan pengamatan fluoresensi dengan objective IOS LWD W-PLAN. The illuminator fluoresensi HBO dikombinasikan dengan filter eksitasi biru dan hijau ditetapkan untuk visualisasi fluorochromes berikut: Acridine Yellow, Acridine Orange, Auramine, DiO, DTAF, FITC, GFP, YFP, dll. (Biru) ditambah Rhodamine, Texas Red dan TRITC (hijau). Cahaya yang ditransmisikan melalui X-LED8 eksklusif untuk memastikan tampilan spesimen yang tampak hebat, kaya dan berkualitas tinggi.

Condenser: LWD pre-centered condenser, N.A. 0.30, W.D. 72 mm. With 4x/10x, 20x/40x phase contrast slider and brightfield. Removable to extend the working distance up to 150 mm.

X-LED8 with white 8 W LED (6,300K) with brightness control. With aperture diaphragm. Multi-plug 100-240Vac/6Vdc external power supply.
